I've just updated the local subdivisions and added many more local condos for Auburn, Bellevue, Covington, Federal Way, Issaquah, Kent, Kirkland, Maple Valley, Redmond, Renton, and Tacoma. All of the condos are included in the "Subdivisions" search tab. If, for example, the condo name is "Lakemont Crest Condo" searching for "Lakemont" will pull-up every complex that has "Lakemont" in it.

Several thousand condos were added to the database. The 2007 sales averages were also updated.

The data is only as accurate at the County database.
